General Questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support ASAP.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the USA and Canada. 
 
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through chat or email.
How long does it take to ship my order?

In stock non-customized: 3-5 days from day of sales.

Out of stock non-customized: 14 days from day of sales.

Customized products: 14-21 days from day of sales.

Custom Product / Printing Questions

How long does custom printing take?

Printing time will vary based upon product being customized. On average, it takes 14-21 business days for products to get to your door.

Do you offer logo services?
Yes.

All orders over $550.00 will receive Logo Format and Package Design services for free. Additional fees will be applied if your the total value does not exceed $549.99. We offer the following services:

Logo Format – If a vector formatted file is not provided.

Package Design – If your creative talents only reach so far.

Logo Redesign – If changes are needed to your logo.

We do offer logo services for an additional fee if your the total value does not exceed $549.99. All orders off $550.50 will receive Logo Format and Package Design services for free.

How long until I receive my products?

In stock non-customized: 3-5 days from day of sales.

Out of stock non-customized: 14 days from day of sales.

Customized products: 14-21 days from day of sales.

I received the missing/wrong products!

If there was an error and you have received missing or wrongly printed products please let us know as soon as you receive the packaged.

All shipping and printing errors will be dealt with promptly to proper fulfillment. All sales are final following 72 hours after receiving the packaging.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal and Square. 

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currencies do you accept?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD.

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose. Any additional fees that Greener Warehouses are subjected to by any bank will be passed through to client for currency exchanges. A shipping hold will be placed on the order until unpaid fees subjected to currency exchanges are paid in full. 

I am having a problem with trying to complete a purchase. What do I do?

We are sorry you are having a problems. Here are some things you can try:

  • Verify that you are entering the correct debit/credit card information when you are trying to complete a purchase.
  • If you can enter your account email address and password, but you cannot complete your purchase, check that your payment method is set up correctly. 
  • If your payment method is set up correctly, check that you have updated your browser's settings to allow third-party cookies. If the option is turned on and you still cannot complete your purchase, get in touch with us by using the contact us form.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the USA and Canada.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Return Questions

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way nor opened
- The return or exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

To ask for a return, please contact our support. 

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free?
Returns within the US for Non-customized products are free. Your return request forms will indicate all shipping details. 
 
Returns for customized products are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
