Upload Your Artwork

We know it may be difficult to place an order prior to seeing the final design. We would love to help compose a digital mock-up for you. Simply fill out the form below, providing as much detail as possible, and within 1-5 business days receive your mock-up.

Please read the artwork specification guidelines below to ensure artwork uploads are compatible and to estimate whether your files are usable without editing. Contact us at any time if any questions arise.

File Types:

  • Must be PDF, AI or EPS.
  • All artwork must contain original layers (we will not accept flattened artwork)
  • Size proportionate to the size of your order (if you’d like a layout to design your product yourself please contact us and we’d be happy to provide you one).
  • All text converted to outlines.
  • All colors should be CMYK. If RGB is used your color(s) will be offset when converted and printed.

Logo / Vector Files:

  • Note: Logo files must be vector format
    PDF. AI (CS5 or lower), or EPS (CS5 or lower)

You may submit your design/artwork/logo anytime prior or after you pay for your order.

  • Will Foil Be Wanted?
    If foil is desired please indicated the portion of design/envelope which you would like foil stamped.
  • Color(s)
    If multiple color envelope is desired please indicted multiple color(s) in message section. CMYK color codes accepted.
  • Artwork / Specific Requests
    Please describe your artwork in as best detail possible. This may include, but not limited too, logo/text placement, colors & color locations, sizing & sizing changes, etc. The more detail you provide the quicker we can gain an understand of what you want.
  • Upload Artwork / Logo
    Click the Upload button and select the artwork/logo you want to upload. Files should be vector based EPS, AI or PDF file format. If none of the these file types are available, we have no problem assisting you in creating a new design. Logo design fees will apply unless above files of artwork are provided.
  • Accepted file types: ai, eps, pdf.
